These arentthe best tasting vitamins Iove tried but overall they taste good and my kids like them. The consistency is like a skittle- it a kind of hard outside but gets soft as you chew. Its easy enough for my 2 and 4 year old to chew actually supporting their immune system but so far they havent gotten sick since taking these and I feel like they can use all the support they can get this time of year. Overall I would recommend.
