These gummy vitamins are delicious! The consistency was perfect, not overly chewy or too firm. I also appreciated the coating to prevent them from sticking together. I was a little worried about how they'd ship since it's already over 100 here in Arizona, but they arrived perfectly. My husband and I both have been taking them, but I can totally see how these would be beneficial for kids and teens as well. The flavor is like a tangy orange and it definitely makes me excited to take them daily.

I looked into the ingredients and this should be good for promoting eye health. I dont think you'll see results in a day or even a week, its something that will work in the long term. Supplements are tricky that way, what works for me may not work for you. What I can say though is these gummies are tasty and a treat to take and are gentle on my stomach.

I'm currently using a Lutein supplement and I've found my ability to switch between viewing distances (phone, computer and distance) to have greatly improved.
Wanting to give my son the same benefit but wanting to make sure he actually takes it, I'm thinking these gummies will do the job! Gummies have taken over the vitamin market as a candy-like way to take supplements. (without being candy)
These gummies include ingredients which I have used and are widely accepted to help with eye health. They contain a blend of the well known nutrients Lutein, Zeaxanthin, and Vitamin A, which are found in many capsule-based eye-support supplements. The gummies do taste fruity and are made with natural ingredients, so that it's not like you're reinforcing the act of eating candy. My son spends a LOT of time using small screens and I can't help but think this is a good way to boost his eye-support system.
While it has been too soon for him to notice any significant changes in his vision, I feel giving him these nutrients is a positive step in supporting his system and I'll certainly keep buying them if he reports positive results.
